Complaints & Content Removal Policy

1. Reporting Content

SexySelfies is committed to maintaining a safe and legal platform. We permit the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates our Community Standards.

You can report content if it contains:

  • Illegal or unlawful material
  • Content depicting minors (anyone under 18)
  • Non-consensual content (content uploaded without permission)
  • Revenge porn or intimate images shared without consent
  • Content that violates our Community Standards
  • Copyright infringement
  • Identity theft or impersonation

How to Report Content:

To report content, you can:

Important: All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 5 business days.

2. Review Process

When we receive a complaint, we follow this process:

  1. Immediate Action (if required): If the reported content appears to violate laws or involves minors, we will immediately remove it pending investigation.
  2. Investigation: Our compliance team will review the reported content within 24-48 hours.
  3. Verification: We verify the legitimacy of the complaint and gather any necessary information.
  4. Decision: We make a determination within 5 business days.
  5. Notification: Both the reporting party and the content creator are notified of our decision.

3. Potential Outcomes

After reviewing a complaint, we may take one of the following actions:

  • No Action: If the content does not violate our policies or applicable laws, no action will be taken.
  • Content Warning: We may add a warning label to content that is sensitive but does not violate policies.
  • Content Removal: Content that violates our policies or laws will be removed permanently.
  • Account Suspension: Creators who repeatedly violate policies may have their accounts temporarily suspended.
  • Account Termination: Serious violations (illegal content, minors, etc.) result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to authorities.
  • Law Enforcement Referral: Illegal content (especially involving minors) will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.

4. Appeals Process

If you disagree with our decision on a complaint, you have the right to appeal.

How to Appeal:

  1. Submit your appeal to appeals@sexyselfies.com within 30 days of our decision
  2. Include your case reference number and reason for appeal
  3. Provide any additional evidence or information

Appeals are reviewed by a different member of our compliance team to ensure impartiality. We will respond to your appeal within 10 business days.

Neutral Third-Party Resolution:

If there is a disagreement regarding an appeal decision, either party may request resolution by a neutral third-party arbiter. We use the following arbitration services:

  • American Arbitration Association (AAA)
  • JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services)

The decision of the neutral arbiter is final and binding. Arbitration costs are split equally between both parties.

5. Appeals for Depicted Persons

If you are depicted in content on our platform and wish to have it removed, you have special appeal rights. Please visit our Appeals Policy for Depicted Persons for detailed information on how to request content removal.

Note: If consent was not given or is void under applicable law, we will remove the content immediately upon verification of your identity.
