What categories are NOT allowed?
Two hard lines: content that targets minors and financial scams. That’s it. Our moderation team reviews live ads daily; if your creative ever gets taken down, we email you the reason and you can edit and resubmit on the spot.
How fast does my ad go live?
Immediately. As soon as you click Launch, your ad enters the auction and can start serving on the next eligible member feed slot in your target zipcodes. There is no pre-approval queue.
How does the auction actually work?
Every time the member feed is about to show an ad, every active campaign targeting that member’s zipcode competes. Whoever bid the highest CPM wins and pays exactly what they bid. If two campaigns bid the same, we rotate fairly so neither monopolizes the slot. You always know what you’ll pay because you set the bid.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-campaign?
We auto-pause your campaigns the moment your balance hits zero, so you never get billed for impressions you can’t cover. You’ll get a low-balance email well before that point. Top up and your campaigns resume right where they left off.
Can I cancel and get a refund on unused credits?
Per our terms, credits are non-refundable once purchased — the same way they work on Meta and TikTok Ads. If something goes wrong on our end, our team will issue a goodwill credit at admin discretion.
Do you accept advertisers outside the U.S.?
U.S.-based advertisers only at launch, targeting U.S. zipcodes. International expansion is on the roadmap.
What documents do I need to sign up?
A valid business license (or DBA filing for sole proprietors), an EIN or tax ID, and a government-issued photo ID for the responsible signing party. You upload all of it during the application step. We store these securely and they’re never shared.
Will my ad appear next to explicit content?
No. Sexy Selfies content is “Instagram Plus” — provocative but not pornographic (lingerie, implied nudity, censored). Full nudity and explicit content are prohibited platform-wide. We also skip ad slots adjacent to creators flagged for moderation, so your brand never lands next to questionable content.
