About the role
You will run the SexySelfies social accounts day to day. That means planning and publishing posts, replying to people, featuring our creators and reporting on what works.
Social networks hold adult brands to strict rules, so a big part of the job is making content that performs while staying inside each platform's guidelines.
What you will do
- Plan and publish daily posts, stories and short videos on Instagram, X, Reddit and other networks
- Keep every post inside each platform's content rules for adult brands
- Reply to comments and messages, and pass support questions to the right person
- Feature creators in spotlight posts and stories, with their approval
- Track reach, follower growth and clicks to the site, and share a short weekly report
- Watch trends and competitors and suggest new formats to try
What we are looking for
- 1-2 years running social media accounts for a brand (personal accounts with real growth count too)
- Clear, short writing and a good eye for what stops the scroll
- Comfortable with Canva or similar tools and basic video editing such as CapCut
- Organized: you can keep a content calendar and hit posting schedules
- Comfortable working with adult content every day
Nice to have
- Experience with creator platforms or adult-adjacent brands
- Knowledge of Reddit communities and how to post in them without getting removed
About SexySelfies
SexySelfies is an adult creator platform. Members discover creators through a scrolling feed and pay only for the photos and videos they choose to unlock. There are no subscriptions. Creators keep 80% of every sale and can cash out whenever they want. Full nudity is welcome; hardcore content is not.
