About the role
You will run our events from planning to wrap-up, and sell the sponsorships that fund them.
You report to the Director of Events.
What you will do
- Manage event logistics: venues, vendors, run-of-show, staffing and on-site operations
- Build sponsorship packages and pitch them to brands
- Negotiate sponsorship deals and make sure every sponsor gets what they paid for
- Send sponsors a results report after each event
- Track event budgets and invoices
- Write a short post-event report on what worked and what to change
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in event management with hands-on sponsorship sales
- A record of closing sponsorship deals
- Very organized, calm under pressure, and good at many details at once
- Able to travel for events
- Comfortable with adult content and adult-industry settings
Nice to have
- Sponsor contacts in sexual wellness, lingerie, nightlife or adult retail
