About the role

Many brands are shut out of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok advertising: sexual wellness, lingerie, adult retail, dating and more. SexySelfies gives them an audience and a place to be seen.

We already have a self-serve advertising platform. You will bring in larger brands and agencies and build custom deals with them.

What you will do

Build a pipeline of brands and agencies in adult-adjacent categories
Pitch SexySelfies and write proposals and custom packages: feed ads, sponsored content, creator collaborations and event tie-ins
Negotiate and close deals, then manage those accounts and renew them
Report results back to partners
Work with the Paid Media and Events teams on combined packages
Forecast partnership revenue

What we are looking for

4+ years in media sales, ad sales or brand partnerships
A record of hitting revenue targets
Confident presenting to senior marketing and brand leaders
Comfortable with adult content and discussing it professionally

Nice to have

Existing relationships with brands or agencies in sexual wellness, lingerie, dating or adult retail

Pay $70,000-$95,000 a year
